Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal for residential property management. Accountability and responsibility are the main reasons for hiring a property management company, and at Borg Real Estate, Inc., our property managers concentrate on and excel in these areas.

As property managers, we personally work with owners and tenants and are fully accountable for all phases of the relationship. Our fee covers expenses such as letters, postage, faxes, accounting, all phases of maintenance supervision, small claims court, three-day notices, inspections, check-ins and check-outs, etc. There are no hidden charges! Furthermore, we allow you to void our contract within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the services we provide.

At Borg Real Estate, Inc., we place emphasis on making owner's investments pay while saving them the headache of property management. We achieve this by combining the right mix of accounting programs, property managers and tenants for all properties we manage. Furthermore, we have extensive experience in property management and have been doing business in the Boulder area for over twenty years.

As part of our contract, we promptly provide owners with an income statement and balance sheet by the 15th of every month. These tools will help you to understand the financial aspect of your rental property and will enable you to truly see the difference that our company can make.
